Class Card and Private Session Expiration:
Please note expiration dates of 20-class cards (4 months from date of purchase) and private/semi-private sessions (3 months from date of purchase).
Cancellation Policies:
Private/ semi-private sessions: 24 hour cancellation notice. If you must cancel late and are unable to re-schedule the same day you will be charged for the session.
Lateness policy: If you arrive to the session late, your session will end at the regularly scheduled time.
Group Classes: 12 hour cancellation notice. * exceptions: If you are sick or have a sudden emergency, please contact Carol . The full charge of the class will apply if there is a late cancellation. This is to insure that your slot is reserved, and that no one is scheduled in your place.

Courtesy Policies:
- Please turn your cell phone off before class begins.
- Please do not bring children to adult classes. I regret that I do not offer child care at this time.
- If you are sick or feel that you are getting sick, please re-schedule and do not come to class. If this would result in a late cancellation fee, please discuss with Carol.
- Walk-ins to group classes are welcome. If you are a new student, please pre-register or talk with Carol or instructor before coming to class. This is to insure that class level is appropriate and space is available.
