New Pilates Class - Total Core Fitness - A Pilates mat class that focuses on core stability, flexibility, and strength. Small props such as the arc barrel, power rings, balls, and core bands are used to enhance range of motion, gain strength, and improve overall flexibility. Prior mat class or private session is a prerequisite.

New Pilates Class - Pilates Fundamentals - A mindful approach to the principles of Pilates. This class covers the concepts that Joseph Pilates incorporated into the original Pilates method (called Contrology). For students who want to maximize their Pilates workout and really understand what it's all about. Tuesdays at 6:00 p.m.

Starter Package - Establish a good foundation in the Pilates method - 5 private reformer/equipment sessions and 5 group classes (5 for 5) for $340 (a $410 value). First-time participants only please.

1/2 hour focused private session - $40. This is a great way to get introduced to the mat class basics while using the equipment! Handouts and information are included.
